Hi, yes it is a Fragrant Orchid and most likely a Heath Fragrant Orchid.

heath fragrant orchid ?

I submitted a number of reports for ulverscroft including heath spotted orchid and this.

The heath spotted was validated but the (chalk) fragrant orchid was entirely deleted even though that's a known location for them and they're currently flowering as someone else already in the field pointed them out to me.
