Polyporivora ornata
Recognizable as a member of Polyporivora by the broad build and extensive silvery markings on both abdomen and thorax.
It is separated from Polyporivora picta by its grey scutellum (black in P. picta).
Associated with bracket fungi.
April to October.
Widespread and fairly frequent in England.
Status in Leicestershire and Rutland not known.
