Introduction to identifying common grasses - Russell Parry

End time

Leicester

Grasses are everywhere but can be difficult to identify. Russell Parry, joint County Recorder for flora, has kindly offered to run an introductory session on learning to identify grasses. This will be held in Leicester at 2pm on Saturday 17th July (lasting 2 hours or so). This is a great opportunity to improve your knowledge and skills. Numbers are strictly limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis. There is no charge for the session but NatureSpot is a registered charity with the aim of promoting the wildlife and wild places of Leicestershire and Rutland and helping to increase public awareness of and interest in biodiversity. We are funded by grants and donations and would like to ask you for a voluntary donation (£5 suggested) for this session to help fund our work: https://www.peoplesfundraising.com/donation/naturespot
