Two yellow fungi found close together in a grassy area but different species, indeed different genera I suspect.  I am still very uncertain on fungi and have had several records not accepted.  One of these is a waxcap, I think, but the species?  Golden waxcap?  And the other?

The top image is possibly Golden Spindles and lower image does look like a waxcap. Fungi are generally very hard to identify from a photo alone, partly because there are so many similar species but also because additional details are often needed, such as size, habitat, association with plant species, smell, taste, a change in colour when cut or bruised, etc.
