Practising mindfulness can help us to step back and take a breath. It
can be help us to cope with anxiety, stress, and improve our mood. As part of the Saving Saffron Brook scheme instructor Penny Brown will guide us through some techniques to help us connect to nature using sounds and breathing exercises. All abilities are welcome. If you'd like to try taking an hour to relax and appreciate nature then this is the session for you! Meet at Knighton Park car park, off Palmerston Way.
