If this came into your moth-trap, it might be one of the nocturnal orange-bodied ichneumon that parasitise moths. Have a look at this brief NHM guide

ID is v difficult, but the wing venation is helpful - your photo show a small 'areolet' or little circle in the venation, so according to this guide it may be Opheltes glaucopterus.  I think other species have this areolet too, so you do need an expert opinion - try 'Moth trap invaders' Facebook group?
