Aguriahana stellulata


    Length about 4 mm.  An unmistakable, distinctively marked leafhopper.

    Identification difficulty

    Found on a variety of trees, including Lime, Cherry and Plum - often on garden Cherry trees.

    When to see it

    Adult: June to October.

    UK Status

    An occasional leafhopper. It appears to be scattered across England, and in south Wales, but may not occur in Scotland.

    Status in Leicestershire and Rutland not known.
