Araniella inconspicua
Body length male 4 to 5 mm, female 5 to 8.7mm. Prosoma brown. Legs brown. Opisthosoma dorso-laterally always without black spots, ventrally without spots.

Detailed examination of genitalia of mature specimens is required to confirm this species.
On trees and shrubs, e.g. Gorse.
Early summer.
Uncommon In Britain.
Rarely recorded in Leicestershire and Rutland.
