Bleeding Bonnet - Mycena sanguinolenta
The stem of this species exudes a pink fluid if broken hence its name, the Bleeding Bonnet.
Grows on forest floor litter and dead wood mainly under conifers.
Widespread in Britain in areas of conifer woodland.
Uncommon and local in Leicestershire and Rutland.
