Closely resembling Lasioglossum calceatum in both sexes.

This species occurs in a range of habitats and forages on a large variety of flowers.
May to September.
A host of Sphecodes monilicornis.
This is a widespread and locally common species.
Status in Leicestershire and Rutland not known.
