Blue Roundhead - Stropharia caerulea


    Cap is 3 to 8 cm, usually greeny bluish when young, but may fade to yellowy white with just a slight blue tinge in older specimens. The surface is often rather viscid.

    Similar Species

    The Peppery Roundhead looks similar but has a peppery smell.

    In grass and leaf litter.
