Many-leaved Sedge - Carex divulsa subsp. leersii
Similar to Grey Sedge (C. divulsa ssp. divulsa) but note the yellow-green leaves and short distance between the lower two flower clusters of the inflorescence compared with C. divulsa ssp. divulsa.

In flower during May and June.
Tufted perennial herb.
Widespread but local in Britain.
Infrequent and local in Leicestershire and Rutland. Usually (but not exclusively) found in the east of VC55 on limestone.
