Areas of long grass, flowers and coarse vegetation.
Best months are May and June.
Associated with a range of plants including Creeping Thistle and Chickweeds.
Widespread and fairly frequent in Britain.
Infrequent in Leicestershire and Rutland. There were a total of 10 VC55 records for this species up to March 2015.
