Slimy Waxcap - Hygrocybe irrigata
Description
Cap is up to 5 cm across and is smooth, viscid, grey brown to grey. Gills white, thick and wavy. Spore print white, spores ellipsoidal, smooth.

Autumn.

Widespread in Britain but not particularly common.
