Small Moss Oysterling - Arrhenia retiruga
Size 0.5 to 1.5 cm being cup or fan shaped, often with lobed margin. Beige or greyish, delicate with little or no stem or obvious gills.

Autumn to Spring.
It seems to be uncommon in Britain but is probably overlooked.
