Variable Oysterling - Crepidotus variabilis
Cap 0.5 to 2cm across, kidney-shaped, white and felty-hairy, often lobed. Stem absent or rudimentary. Gills whitish at first becoming ochraceous flesh-coloured. Spore print pinkish-buff; spores ellipsoidal, 5-7 x 3-3.5µm.
On fallen twigs
Autumn
Common and widespread in Britain.
Common in Leicestershire and Rutland.
