Description

This 4 hectare site has a number of different habitats, principally mesotrophic grassland, wet woodland, a pond and flood meadow. It additionally has areas of rough grassland and scrub and several mature Ash and Oak trees.

Wildlife Highlights

The site attracts a good variety of birds, including warblers in the scrub and Tawny Owl in the mature trees. The wetland areas support frogs and toads and Grass Snake has also been recorded here.
