Catinella olivacea


    Saucer shaped apothecia up to 1 cm diameter. brown outside with dark olive discs rimmed with a yellow ochre margin that is often pruinose. Becoming flat when older.

    Identification difficulty

    On rotten wood, especially wet logs.

    Mainly May to November.
