Stripe Rust - Puccinia striiformis
Puccinia striiformis is a yellow rust fungus that affects wheat and other grasses. It can cause severe yield loss when it attacks wheat crops.

Usually associated with wheat crops although it does affect other grasses.
When wheat crops are in the fields, July and August.
Widespread in Britain, particularly in England.
Status in Leicestershire and Rutland not known.
