Wood Woollyfoot - Collybia peronata
Cap 3 to 5 cm, bell shaped but soon flattening and chestnut to ochraceous brown or even yellowish.
Under trees, especially Birch.
Widespread and fairly frequent in Britain.
Fairly frequent in Leicestershire and Rutland.
