Xanthoria candelaria
This yellow foliose lichen is found on nutrient-rich fences, gravestones and sometimes on backs, walls and stone. It has tight, ascending yellow/orange lobes. Apothecia are usually absent but are sometimes found on edges of the lobes, usually with the margins contorted. Chemical reaction: K+ red.
Xanthoria polycarpa can look similar.
